We reserve the right to adjust, modify or update the terms and conditions at any time. We invite you to consult them on a regular basis to be aware of said updates. The application of any modification will be effective upon its publication on the website. Your use of this website after these modifications means that you accept them as is.
ORDER & DELIVERY
DELIVERY
Delivery is possible in certain provinces of Canada only. The Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut are not serviced areas.
We offer free shipping with any purchase of $200 or more before taxes. A flat fee of $20.00 will be charged for any purchase of $199.99 or less before taxes, excluding lighting and furniture. Certain conditions apply.
REMOTE AREAS
In order to offer competitive prices to our customers, we reserve the right to contact customers who live in a remote area in order to agree on an adjustment to the amount of fixed transportation costs.
It is possible to pick up your purchases in store free of charge at 893 Chemin des Patriotes Sud, Otterburn Park, Québec J3H 2A2 during opening hours and after receiving confirmation that your order is complete. Your order information will be required to pick it up.

ORDER PROCESSING
Once your purchase is made, it may take two to eight business days for your order to be processed for any in-stock item. Additional time may be required for special order items.
All orders are subject to change depending on the availability of each product. A notification email will be sent if the item ordered is no longer available and a refund will be issued.

PRE-ORDER
If the available inventory is insufficient, it is possible to contact us to place a special order.
For furniture and lighting orders, allow 2 to 6 weeks if the item is in stock with our supplier. In the event of a stock shortage with our supplier, we will contact you to discuss possible options.
RETURN
CONDITIONS
Return requests will be accepted within 14 days of receipt of the products with proof of purchase for any item intact and in the original packaging (if applicable). See the complete return conditions below.
Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable at all times.
Sale or clearance items and gift cards are final sale.
We reserve the right to refuse a return of merchandise if it does not comply with our return policy.
Before making a return , contact us by email at boutique@atelierluxdesign.com We will respond as quickly as possible to guide you through the steps to follow. The refund or store credit will be made upon receipt of the merchandise.

Returned products must be in their original condition, either at the time of purchase in store or when delivered to your home. Returns of used, worn, or unpackaged products may be refused.

Have the original in-store receipt or a photo of the online confirmation email. If you received an item as a gift, you can get an exchange or store credit up to 30 days after the original purchase with the receipt number, but not a refund.

Refund or store credit will only be issued once the products have been received. We will send you an email acknowledging receipt of the products beforehand.

When returning a product purchased using a gift card, you will be given a credit note.
Items delivered damaged or defective will be replaced or refunded depending on availability if reported within 7 days of receipt of the products, without exception.
For all returns, you are responsible for the shipping, handling and packaging costs necessary to transport the returned item(s). We are not responsible for packages that are lost or sent to the wrong address. A confirmation of receipt of the items will be sent to you by email.
We suggest you use a trackable shipping service and/or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned items.
